Certain dances have developed those qualities of strength of power of sharpness
And other dances have qualities of softness and healing
Traditionally certain dances were used specifically for healing, body, mind or spirit
I believe that rythm and movement is natural in our bodies
These dances come from a people who do not seperate spirituality from everyday life

I believe that rythm and movement is natural in our bodies
Dances are primal form of communication and it's very deeply [?] in us
Singing and dancing together is what binds a community together
It is a way of expressing joy, sorrow and passion
It is been recorded since before the dawn of time when spiritual leaders and healers were first dancers
And in many cases of dances of africa are thousands of years old and I pay homage to the ancestors and elders of this tradition
