Growth is rapid and the body changes shape
The sex glands become active and produce hormones
These are carried around the body by the bloodstream and cause changes

Hair grows around the sex organs and under the armpits
And breasts develop

Menstruation begins

Hair grows through your skin all over your body

Except on the palms of your hand and the soles of your feet
