People, listen, people
When did we stray off the way?
They’re building walls between us
And expect us all to pay
We’re not listening to our sisters
And our brothers suffer, too
Before we move on further
There is work we’ve got to do

People choosing hate
To hide their insecurity
People who won’t look
Beyond their own reality
People blaming peoplе
Over things that make no sensе
They‘d rather point the finger
Than reach out a helping hand

We say we’re going to live together
Yet we fail to understand:
People, listen, people
It’s time we start to make amends!
