[Chorus]
Paying the price
Shame it feels so nice
Paying the price
Shame it feels so nice
[Verse 1]
Let's spin
And put pedal to shin
And make our way in
To the heart beating (Slower and slower)
[Chorus]
Paying the price
Shame it feels so nice
Paying the price
Shame it feels so nice
[Verse 2]
Outside
My glass of fresh sky
Curdles and greys
As I perform my age (In acid and rain)
This is
How it must feel when
The future stops happening
And only the walls (Remember my name)
[Chorus]
Paying the price
Shame it feels so nice
Paying the price
Shame it feels so nice
[Bridge]
Would you bring that rubber band I lent you?
And that silica gel packet?
Talkin' of which, the packin' peanuts too?
Cheaper to post myself than cab it
[Verse 3]
Privilege
Even in losing
A fight of your choosing
You'll never stop moving (Don't happen to people like you)
[Instrumental Break]
[Chorus]
Paying the price
Shame it feels so nice
Paying the price
Shame it feels so nice
