Overstayed My Welcome

Picked up my belongings
I left here in the Fall
Bunch of hard back books, some CD’s and a key

You still got that picture
And it's hanging on the wall
From the time you took up painting in the spring

I sat down at the table
Where we’d chat and joke and drink
Spark another joint and play guitar

Yeah sometimes it got real heated
You never really valued what I did
Then you’d blow up and make me feel real small

Did I overstay my welcome?

Pushed you to the limits
