Out of the Cave

She got out of the cave with the shadows alight
All tied down and blinders to narrow her gaze
She reached for his hand and then into sight
Came the holders of statues, their backdrop ablaze

He led her up to the grass and the night
And both of which snagged in her hair
And her haze was teary and beaten with answers not right
"No question could pose what the answer portrays," she told him while crumbling out of her plight

And didn't she know that not all of her days
Would be free from walls that had held hеr in tight?
He brought her back after hе'd gotten her praise
Now tired and numb like a lady named Bright
She's faster asleep than the light of the rays of the sun
And tomorrow he'll used all his might again to lead her into this maze
