'I can't breathe' leads to 'they can't live'
Will our kids ever forgive
Our generation for lovin' breath
Or the men afraid of death?

Whatever happened to the courage that our forefathers would show
To leave our country better than the one that we all know?
For future generations, we bought into the facade
We're one nation under Twitter, not one nation under God

Empty schools, empty fields
Empty minds of our kids reveal
Evidence of these selfish times
Oh, the poor kids get left behind

Whatever happened to the statues of George Washington destroyed?
Millions of kids are suffering while we protest for George Floyd
Living in fear of viruses, we bought into the facade
