I can see my breath upon my window
In the moon glow I am there
I can hear my sighs that no one else knows
When the moon glows I am there
I watch all night 'til the light in the moon's nearly gone
I sit so still by that cold window sill 'til it's dawn
Then I lay my head upon my pillow
By my window in my bed
I can feel the sunshine through my window
And it's warm glow on my head
I sleep all day 'til it's grey and the sun's nearly gone
Then I awake, and I plan how to wait 'til it's dawn
I see dancin' shadows out my window
Strangers I know callin' me
Prancin' silhouettes come when the moon glows
By my window callin' me
Beggin' and pleadin' for me to come with them and see
How they'rе so free until dawn breaks up their world of dreams
But I lay my hеad back on my pillow
By my window and I sleep
