Through the rift they return, all peace dispelled
My body wilts, each crushing blow, can I be alone?
This feeble shell, somehow withstands and so my eyes unseal
Oh how I've longed to see you in flesh unblemished
Your efforts failed, a mere husk remains, of your nurture

Return to me, I'll let you grow, the world awaits
It's not there, in the abyss, just please recrudesce

What a dolt you've become, the arduous task of being more than nothing
So easily deceived, their words gnawed at your soul, but fret no more for my hand waits for you to
Emerge

I bring relief but at a cost, hidden in my baneful jaw
I can permit your safe passage only from my decorous will
Your senses are so fatally impaired, no heed of this flaw, burst through the gauges!
Why do you halt?

You can be more than this, even you can endure, just please something more than inaction
Claw through, past skin and beyond bone, grind through until just pulp remains
Even then, find a crack and bleed what's left through the pockets of nothing
