Dr.Dimmer, my psychiatrist, suggested writing as a form of therapy
So, after due consideration, I have decided to serialize my life story
It's a lively tale of reap and resurrection
Unfortionally here, at the Picky-Umistate Hospital, jealousy runs rampant

Forgive me my dears, if I whisper
I know these seem not trivial affairs
But everybody up here has a story
And feels the world is languishing for theirs

Why shouldn't alcoholic-schizophrenics
Presume to have the talent that's requirеd?
These folks are vеry literary people
But do leave certain things to be desired

'Cause manic-depressives
Don't do rewrites

Paranoids trying to write
Freeze
With
Fright!

All those psychopathic-liars
Write a lot
They change the plot
So alcoholic schizophrenics have to
Fill
The
Spot!

Now an alcoholic is a natural writer
He has a flight of fancy that's unique
And speak about your changes and your rewrites
Well with a ladle he'll rewrite all week!

Now schizophrenics are extremely gifted
They have a certain liveliness and zest
So if you're alcoholic-schizophrenic
You really must consider yourself blessed!

Just might feel like she can really write
