I overshare
I say too much
And..it’s because I don’t feel accepted
It’s because I don’t feel loved
So I start to try anything so that society will take a liking to me
I know that it results in me being viewed in a bad light
I’m disgusting, I’m weird
And I think my best friend doesn’t really like me anymore
I thought this self reflection journey was supposed to help me
But it feels like it’s done more destruction than construction (nah that's not it)

Expressing the things that I realized in my self reflection journey out loud would have me looked at as soft, weird, and unconfident
So it seems like the more I seek the approval of validation from people, the more of an unlikeable person I become
