Loose Around The Edges

I am actually not ambitious. I want to earn enough money so I can eat, you know, enough food. I can’t eat eight meals a day; I can only eat two or three. I can’t eat 10 meals a day. I don’t want to heat the room like an oven; I only need enough heating to— I’m not ambitious. I just accept that I want to earn a living at it. And you don’t have to be fantastically successful to earn a living. In fact, the nearer I’ve found you get to success, the more people you get telling you what to do and sort of limiting your options in a rather sort of frightening way. So I prefer to be more loose around the edges, you know?
