Strong in heart and mind
We take up the fight
Ready and resolved

Piercing cries resound
Bodies pave the ground

In a raging battle

In the hardest fight a
Sudden bitter sight
Injured by a dart
Jeanne yells out
Paralyzed we see her
Falling to the ground

Down hearted now, we sink to the ground – Disappointment all around
Deepest depression is all that remains
Spilled blood and strains were all in vain
Abandoned by God – lost in ­despair – Discouraged we lay down our arms – Ho hope left inside – Numbness prevails
All of a sudden a sign – Our heavenly guide – Rises and wakes to new life – Still on the barrow – She pulls out the dart
Seizing her banner she rides on the wind – A promise of Victory at the end
New motivation is filling the air
Miracles (steered) by a force majeure

New found forces rise
We return to fight
Fired and encouraged
By our guide
Worried enemies
Inwardly terrified
In their eyes we see
Despondency and fear

In attack relentless
Scale the ladders now
Breach the mighty walls
Tear them down
We storm the fortress
