Kitten

You could put it in a saucer
You could put it in a cup
You could put it in a bowl
And like a kitten I could lap it up

Leave it somewhere I could find it
Behind a door kindly left unshut
Anywhere that I can reach it

Hide it somewhere dark and secret
In a cupboard tightly locked up
