Lost
Finding myself
My hands numb from the sun
Buried in prayers from the jump
All these scars and these tears I don’t want
Let these bruised hands heal
I can pull the strings but can’t argue with light
But that’s the challenge in life
I feel alive in the strife
Threw my watch in the sky and watched time fly
My hands above the sun my feet submerged in the swamp
On the surface I’m numb let these burdens be gone
It burnt my hands to pick my life up
The ashes blow in the wind with a light gust
