Johnny went down to the railroad track
Said goodbye and he never came back
There's no body that was ever found
Just legends heard of him from miles and miles around

Some say he was taken by a rapture
And some say they've seen a man of his stature

One fine day I went out for a walk

Just when I thought that I went too far

I went farther to the overlook
The one in the pictures that Johnny took

Took one last look then tuned around

So I stopped, looked back saw a peculiar sight
