What I really need is stability in my head and some peace of mind.
Nothing's going wrong.
Absolutely nothing is going wrong but my whole body and my whole brain is telling me that, yes, something is wrong.
And I don't know what... what's wrong.
Talking about it doesn't help.
The medication doesn't help.
All the reassurance in the world doesn't help.
Anxiety is irrational.
