I Never Doubt

Warnings ignored, cautions unheeded
I've seen the signs before, and yet I walk on
I call you my Lord, I cry out how I need You
But deep in my heart, commitment seems so small
And I wonder if I dare to breathe that prayer again
Surely this time, my rebellion has gone too far

But I never doubt

Once and for all, my sin was washed away
Jesus drank the cup, enduring unknown agony
Through the suffering of my Savior I am free

So why should I doubt
