Um, last year for the Jubilee Music Festival..
Why y’all sitting down? Y’all tired?
We got two more songs, I want y’all to stay up

Alright, so let me tell you Crystal
While we were there, we were on the concert with Todd Dulaney, Yolanda Adams
And the Spirit of The Lord, we were outside
It was so heavy, and when it was time to worship
I had to sing covers because, don’t tell nobody I told you but
Quartet singers don’t generally sing worship songs
Because quartet music is about feel
You know, so a lot of the quartet stuff is bluesy, it’s y’know..
That’s just.. but can we be honest and say it is one of the foundations of Gospel music?
So, I’m okay with that
But when I got back to my hotel that night, Byron
God began to give me words to a song, and I was like
“God, You want me to write a quartet worship song?”
I said “what?”… I said it in that voice
Husband, I said “what?”
And then, I actually, I called Fred and I called Josh
Those.. y’know those are my guys
And I said “Fred, I think I got a song that I wanna sing and it’s worship”
And I was nervous at how people would receive it
Because quartet people, Vincent don’t do worship like that
But, can I tell you that quartet singers worship God?
That a lot of us have a relationship with God
We work in our churches and serve, praise and worship leaders
We just choose to sing this style of music
But can we break some barriers tonight?
Can we do a quartet worship song?
And even though y’all ain’t gone’ know it, can you act like you know it?
Okay, can I sing it?
