I found out when the day had come
I thought I was the only one
To be here in the Northern sun
I forgot what the winter had done

Standing under the burning sky
I thanked the rays for swinging by
Soaked it in 'til my pores were full
By the glistening summer glow

Just the smell of it, all the green and the hills
The breeze is blowing while I'm standing here still
Getting my fill
