Now released, is the first of few Nonpoint songs to have been written with their current lead guitarist, Jason Zeilstra, who joined the band in late 2019 and noticeably has a grove-heavy bridge that is somewhat unlike most Nonpoint riffs.
[Verse 1]
I'm a tenant in a house that's surrounded by burnin' trees
With an owner barkin' orders and changin' the policy
And I don't care, I don't care, I don't care, I don't care
Bottoms gettin' closer than any of us can tell
It's gonna come out of the dark, and then pull us right into Hell
And I don't care, I don't care, I don't care
[Chorus 1]
No second chances, there are circumstances, and I don't care
And the words that I pick may be unromantic, but I don't care
[Verse 2]
I'm a warrior that's ripe for the slaughter
Standin' with my weapon, and my orders to follow
Starin' down an enemy with ice in his stare
And I don't care, I don't care, I don't care
Fear won't be the reason that I tuck, tail, and run
I'm runnin' from the horror of everything that I've done
They want me dead or alive, and I swear
That I don't care, I don't care, I don't care
[Chorus 2]
No second chances, there are circumstances, and I don't care
And the words that I pick may be unromantic, but I don't care
The world's gonna eat you alive
Forget you, and toss you aside
I know I'm supposed to be scared
But I don't care, I don't care, I don't care, I don't care
I don't care, I don't care, I don't care, I don't care
[Instrumental break 1:51-2:28]
[Chorus 3]
No second chances, there are circumstances, and I don't care
And the words that I pick may be unromantic, but I don't care
The world's gonna eat you alive
Forget you and toss you aside
I know I'm supposed to be scared
But I don't care, I don't care, I don't care, I don't care
I don't care, I don't care, I don't care, I don't care
