I Can’t Take it Anymore

I’m trying to keep it together
I’m trying to beat this forever
I’m trying to keep this from falling apart

I’ve learned that I’m not broken
I just need to be more open
I’ve learned to be more conscious
When it comes to my problems

I’ve got to be awake, I’ve got to be aware
I’ve got to be a better man

I know today I can stand up and proudly say....

I need to be more patient
With myself when I’m racing
I’m still my own worst critic
And often pessimistic

Get up now

Compassionate by design
I’m not going anywhere but here
I’ve found that I can cope
And with help I’ve seen I can get by
I’ve found that there is hope
And with help I’ve seen I can survive
