Hear you say their name
Helps us forget that we can
Always be replaced

About a week ago I saw it on the news
Another story of some typical abuse
And you shed a tear and gently dry your eye
But you'll forget about it
Until another person dies

You ever walk into a room and then forget what you came for so you turn around and start again
It’s kind of like that in the grand scheme of the universe
We keep on screwing up and dying off until we've learned
