Yes, but that counts as your vote for the “vs” battle! For example, if you really hate Mark Ronson, you can downvote “Uptown Funk”, but then you cannot vote for its opponent (“Somebody That I Used To Know” by Gotye & Kimbra). If you do, it counts as double-voting.

Yup! On each song, you can see which year the song won and some other cool stuff. The other stuff isn’t necessarily on songs I like, though.
