Howard Marks (13 August 1945 – 10 April 2016) was a notorious Welsh cannabis smuggler between 1970 and 1987, under 43 different aliases. He spent seven years imprisoned in Terre Haute, Indiana. Passport pictures of Marks appear on the cover of ‘Fuzzy Logic’.
