Alike other tracks on ‘Democrazy’, ‘Half a Song’ was, in Damon’s eyes, unfinished. However, Smoggy (Darren) himself had been asking for Damon to finish it for years. Half Song was reworked into ‘The Ballad’ on Blur’s ‘The Ballad of Darren’, twenty-one years after initial release.
