✧ All-Star Weekend is a period in the regular season (during February) where the NBA just has some fun for a weekend. It features events like the Rising Stars Challenge, the Slam Dunk contest as well as the infamous All-Star Game. As well as letting players showcase their skills and delight fans, it also relieves the tension that comes with being in the middle of the regular season and getting ready for the playoffs.
