I saw you at the market
You were gathering your thoughts, collecting loose ends
If the almanacs are anything to go by
You and I oughtta make great friends

I could tell just looking at you
You got a knack for the higher affairs
I dabble in the arts myself
And I got the feeling we could get somewhere

Cuz I've got:
Three small pieces of obsidian
A few small bundles of leaves
A box full of fresh candles
And a handful of hairbrained schemes

I saw you at the markеt
With material components in your drawstring purse
Not thе best attempt at staying discreet
But I've seen worse

I know our ways hold contradictions
Our robes bear different colors and our patrons different names
But the high regard in which we hold our rituals
Might make us one and the same

And I've got:
Seven to ten small smooth river stones, and I've got
A journal full of dreams, I've got
A couple fresh sprigs of lavender
And a handful of hairbrained schemes
