Garmr is a wolf or dog in Norse mythology who is said to guard over Hel’s gate. It is likely that he is identical to the wolf Fenrir, who will eventually cause Ragnarok when unbound, though it is uncertain.
The nightmare netherworld
A blackened flag unfurled
And a fast nightfall
Winds throughout the wasteland
The nightmare nether mind
Mistreated and maligned
Waits beyond the wall
Where lies the helhound the bloodstained, his heart is hate
Once he was bound here to guard the gate
Helhound, the bloodstained, his game is greed
Break for the battle and find your fate
The wolven blackguard bide
Until the day has died
To destroy mankind
Longing for the last stand
The wolven blackguard rise
A fire inside his eyes
Malice on his mind
He is the helhound, the bloodstained, his heart is hate
Once he was bound here to guard the gate
Helhound, the bloodstained, his game is greed
Break for the battle and find your fate
Where lies the helhound the bloodstained, his heart is hate
Once he was bound here to guard the gate
Helhound, the bloodstained, his game is greed
Break for the battle and find your fate
