[Verse 1]
Wish I was soldier, I'd never worry
Other than me and the freedom for my country
It haunts me like a fire I never put out
[Refrain]
So I go back games, I know how to win in them
I go back to my games, I know how to win in them
[Verse 2]
Wish I was a shoulder that you could lean on
Then I'd be stronger to carry both of us home
It haunts me like a fire I never put out
[Refrain]
So I go back games, I know how to win in them
I go back to my games, I know how to win in them
[Pre-Chorus]
There's a moment when the fire
Will it eat up my entire?
My red eye, and my dark eye
And my white lies and my sleepless nights
[Chorus]
Could I expect love no matter what?
I got love in my hands but they don't love back
Could I expect something in return?
The fire keeps howling, it keeps howling
[Verse 3]
Wish I was colder within my fire
I could decide my fear and my desire
It haunts me like a fire I never put out
I never put out
[Pre-Chorus]
There's a moment when the fire
Will it eat up my entire?
My red eye, and my dark eye
And my white lies, and my sleepless nights
[Chorus]
Could I expect love no matter what?
I got love in my hands but they don't love back
Could I expect something in return?
The fire keeps howling, it keeps howling
Could I expect love no matter what?
I got love in my hands but they don't love back
Could I expect something in return?
The fire keeps howling, it keeps howling
Could I expect love no matter what?
I got love in my hands but they don't love back
Could I expect something in return?
The fire keeps howling, it keeps howling
Could I expect love no matter what?
I got love in my hands but they don't love back
Could I expect something in return?
The fire keeps howling, it keeps howling
[Refrain]
I go back to my games, I know how to win in them
I go back to my games, I know how to win in them
