When I was a young kid, I would never talk much
At the age of fourteen I felt really awkward
I was good at nothing so I started, writing about my problems
I remember rapping in the cafeteria even in the hallways
They told me I was awful

Man, it's hard to be a kid when I am targeting a vision
I won't stop until they listen and I got to make an imprint
This is all I can give you but the hardest part to picture is if I can make a difference with song I have written
I don't know what perfect is I'm writing out a verse until I capture insincerities
Maybe I'm encouraging my passion but it's hurting me
I'm searching but I always end up falling
I really hope you watch me as I struggle at the bottom
Just so I can show you that I would rather be a nothing then someone that is flawless
