Familiar Face

Walked into a portal made of sound
Felt the shifting of the broken ground
Let the ringing build and then surround
And spit me out

I slipped and washed away
Into darkness
A white light, familiar face
Stumbles down an ally way
I called out, guess their wrong name
They didn’t recognize my face
Check my wrist, wrong date
The moon says, "You're not from here"
This a different phase
This a different place
In a different place now

The path to home is crooked and too far lеft
Its shape remains the samе as all the rest
Though crows now hover laughing at their will
Gently pulls me through a gate a pair of gills
