Facade (interlude)

Growing up I couldn’t be myself (be myself)
Showin  up to school and I just really hate myself
Fake  smile now they all just wanna laugh at me
I’m creative I’m not sorry I work differently
All the normies wanna tell me what I shouldn’t do
Imma  tell them how I feel and what I should pursue
Deep  down it hurts to know you never thought I’d make it here
Now I moved out NYC not for the fame but not to dissapear

You  know I’ll be alright
I got nobody by my side and I don’t got a plan in sight
Flying high I wanna go right up into the light
But I’m too scared I might just fall into the dark and die
Everyone  can go and point their fingers right at me
But when I make a sound the whole world seems to turn on me
Seems like no matter what I do I am the bad guy
I’m not religious but at night I pray right to the sky
