Refracts off the floor
A sound travels fast through a bend
Scurries toward the end
A crash, a burst in the sky
The flames catch my eye
A glimpse through the night

Watch it fall down
Slowly

Debris falling like hail
It's even worse than before

Watch it fall down
Swiftly

Debris falling like rain
There's even more than before

New start
Failed art
New friends
Frayed ends

I think I see it now
A storm coming in to relieve this air of its boredom
A stone oncе normal
Becomes something еntirely different once turned over

Passed out
Face up in a graveyard
Cast out
Face down into exile
