We had a day in the studio scheduled in March 2017. It was the first time working with Jacob and Ali, and I remember I was a little bit nervous – they’ve made so many great songs!
We talked for a while to get to know each other, and later Ali played me some different tracks that he had been working...

After improvising for a little while, we picked out the melodies we liked the most and that we felt kind of painted the mood I wanted in the song.

I think we spent about two days in the studio making the demo, track, melody and lyrics. And then we recorded a simple demo vocal. The only thing missing was the bridge/mid8.
