Dreams and Memories

I take, better things
Fabricate them into monstrosities
I take my unpleasant dream
And recreate them into my memories

When does it stop
We don't know
But the man to wipe my name's
A no show

We talk for hours and my drinks gone stale
Still we're counting our pawns and there's bills in the mail

Place a big bet
So i'm obsessed
Forty bucks for relief
But it's pretend
