I don't wanna leave
But I know I have to
I'm doing this for me
But it's just as much for you

You gave me these walls
Kept me safe through my falls
I don't feel alright
But that will come in time

And if in 6 weeks I'm back here
And this time I storm out
It's probably to do with me
Hating how I've turned out
And how you must feel
Though I know you won't admit
About my future
And all of my bullshit

I don't really know which way I should be going
Till I've got one foot in the wrong train, doors closing
I don't really know where the fuck I should stand
But it's good to know the flowers on your mug
Made you less of a man

I know you don't mean it like that
And I know I overreact
But now that I've taken some breaths
And some backwards steps I see
You're not the problem
You're merely a symptom

And if in two weeks I'm back here
And I've let it go now
It's probably to do with me
Realising deep down
That no matter how hard
I try to play victim
You want the best for me
No matter the friction

I don't really know which way I should be going

And I know that you'd help if I asked
I just think that I need to work this out first hand
