Don't be scared of the dark
There's nothing to be scared of
Just like a walk in the park
Only with a lot of stars up above

And though it might sound really lame
When you turn off the lights, everything stays the same
So, don't be scared of the dark

You can always turn on the light if you really want to
It's hard to sleep when it's bright
You got your teddy bear to hold on to

It's always good to be aware that when you turn off the light
All your stuff is still there
It's all there in the dark

You know that when the night is clear
That all your worries disapear
You can look at the moon
Yeah, cheese is delicious
You can look up at the stars
Yeah, go and make your wishes

So, don't be scared of the dark
Lots of adventures to be had at night
For example, you can read a book under the covers
With you flashlight
You can dream about the day ahead
So, when you're feelin' sleepy you should go to bed
