Since I changed states at age 10
Left my moms at 7, lost my sisters
Lord please bless them, my great grandma up in heaven
Christian life just has me stressing
Because I came to college with knowledge
Came to chase this paper, sinning all willy nilly
As I disappoint my savior
I feed into the flesh & it's calling for me I hear it
But all these bad chicks got me ignoring my spirit
Money come and go, women come and go
But I'm just trying to live it up before I reach those gates of gold

And get a check with several O's, just to take care of home
Used to be about me, now it's about my family
Because I want my little sisters to be living happily
And my grandma needs a break, how much more can she take
My sister mentally disabled and my grandma 58
She a single grandparent paying bills, chasing cake
Babysitting a pre-teen, cooking food for their plates
She been working at DaVita for about 30-40 years
And every time I think about her I break 30-40 tears
And I still don't call her like I'm supposed to
But I'm the solution for anything that she goes through
So if I ever get the dollars, I'll holla grandmama
