I got my finger on the trigger until kingdom come

Found freedom came to grips with it
Perspective shifted so can I get a witness
Ain’t no high like the Holy Spirit

Wonderful God we had it all figured out
Till a rational God came and made us doubt
Talking to God, or am I talking to myself
Is it one in the same, one in the same

And I’m not about to lose my mind, no
I’m not allowed to lose my mind
Don’t cross lines that you can’t come back from
Don’t draw so many lines that you can’t move on

Couldn't live enough lives to be objective
Lived a million headspaces playing devils advocate
Talking to a God I don’t have faith in
But couldn’t find anything quite worthy of replacing Him

Always learning but never comprehending
The last shall be first watch where you’re standing
So give me that supernatural healing
Take me to where church is cause I’m feeling curious
