The easiest way
To get into the meditative state
Is to begin
By listening
If you simply close your eyes
And let go

You have to let it happen
Just like you have to let yourself go to sleep
You can't try to go to sleep
And so in the same way
You have to let yourself wake up
Become liberated

And that's a very curious experience when it happens
You see things which you've never seen before
Sunsets appear incredibly more vivid
Flowers are enchanting
The whole world comes alive
