Confusion

Now I'm 18 years and I'm class 1-A
And I'm living in a state of confusion

Like should I enlist, or should I resist
And stay in a world of illusion

In the morning I wake up and hear the pretty birdies sing
And think that everything is okay

But then I get out of my bed cause there's a thought in my head
About some fighting in a place away

Well I've always known that someone's gotta go out and fight
But then I hear those other guys say

Killing is for fools, we'll make our own rules, and live our lives and go our own way

Well I'm 18 years and I'm class 1-A
And I'm living in a state of confusion

Well it's awful hard to livе with indecision

'Cause I really wanna do what I can

And if I dеcide it's right, to go out and fight

I think I'll feel more like a man

Seems I remember not to very long ago the whole world had a fight to stay free

Since then we've been growing got a good thing going

To keep it that way they need me

I hereby elect to live or die with respect
It's better than a world of illusion
