How far must I go
To find the answers?
What lines must i cross
To realise my goal?
So far have I travelled
So far have I wandered
I can't recall a time
When this room was not my home

Friends I used to have
Seems a housand years ago
I am just a name
Long forgotten
They don’t know me now
Family that cared
Lost to my obsession
Here I am alone
With my confession

I should have taken time
To see the world around me
To fill the air with laughter
To embrace the ones I loved
I should have taken better care
Of all the things that mattered
Protecting hearts and feelings
But I didn't do enough

It's too late now for me
I chose to take this path
As far as I can see
It’s too late for me
I only hope to find
I hope to find those answers
Then I will be free
