Childhood Friends

Young at age of five
When everything was right
I remember when we met
And u called me my friend

We shared memories
Didn't notice when we grew
We had everything
And now we've just got old

We were dumb, wild and free
We were innocent and clean
Things that i miss to be
We were nothing in between

Later we became teens
And afraid confess some things
We've been happy we've been blue
And afraid to say "i love you"

We've been bold we've been that mature
We've been old with baby figures

Sometimes alo,g the road
We drift miles apart
It broke our hearts
And it made us cry

Neither of us could be blamed
Different people with the same
Heart, soul and memories
That won't fade, whenever i'll be
