Can’t hear your voice

Let me take a second put myself in Satan shoes. If it was my goal to bring you down and I knew it was a still small voice I had to overpower, I'd flood your head with the thousand voices a lot louder like anxiety. That one's pretty loud. How about depression? That one tends to shout. Throw in a little selfloathing, little shame and doubt, and now we got ourselves a crowd. I'd probably make you think of suicide on the way down long before you ever hit the ground, because I know once you hit rock bottom and the tears went dry, you'll turn to God, and he's always there to pull you out. Here's one thing of which I'm convinced. Intrusive thoughts, man, they don't exist. No, they're attacks by the enemy, it's him throwing fists. That's why you need God's armour, because Satan doesn't miss

Woh, let me take a second put myself in Satan's mind. If I knew you had a purpose but only so much time, I'd be more sublte in the way I attack. Wouldn't go for the throat, I'd do my best to distract. I'd try to hold you back, and knock you off your path. Do whatever I can to keep you from God's purpose and his plan. I can't fight with God, hand to hand, so I'll try my best to keep you from getting back on track. I know the Bible way better than your pastors do. I know all God's promises and his plans for you. So, I'm going to make you focus, not on where you're going, but what you get. I'll keep you stuck with tools like debt. I'd try to keep you so caught up in the day to day, spending every ounce of energy just trying to maintain. Keep you stressed, obsessed, depressed, crushed under the weight. Laughing while I'm watching all of your time waste away
