How did the song come together?
I’m a massive fan of George and Harvey and I thought they’d be perfect for what I wanted to make so I hit them up and we jumped into the studio.
What inspired it?
I was out in Amsterdam at a club and I met this girl and she was cool and we really got on, I was attracted to her but as the night ended I realised she looked exactly like my ex girlfriend so that was that!
What was the process of making the song like?
The day was great I was able to tap into the feeling of being back in the club in Amsterdam with the girl, the vibe was amazing in the studio we finished the song in 2 hours, it was one take each time and it felt very natural.
