Breathing

Do you remember that night
When were driving home
And I could see the sunlight
You were sleeping so I was all alone

Paying attention to the road
While the music gently makes me feel
I’m human, as I try to stay awake I’m on my own

And its a feeling that im used to, so I should feel alright
But there is not a lot I can do
When you are by my side
With this awkward shallow feeling, I see myself injured
Screaming in pain and I’m bleeding, what an adventure..

I tried to tell you how i’m feeling
Shattered glass all over, I’m still bleeding
At least I came to realize, that i’m still breathing
