Breathe

I rarely seen the day for what it is without a minor ache inside of every thought
So how did I infect myself with all this floating around? Why can't I see that all I have to do is breathe?
There's something good and there's something bad
I'm used to feeling out that way and its a blurry way
So how did i infect myself with all this jumping off my head? When will I know that all I have to do is breathe?
So wilted in the chest I seek outside for one last time infect myself with a life that knows here protect the heart that wanders to a place wherе all I have to do is breathe
