Well can you see black cloud above his head?
Well it was put there by the nuclear threat
Can't seem to have fun anymore
To frightened by the impending war

So he drinks, and it all goes away
And he smiles, because he's still here today
And he laughs, in fakest of ways

So, he went and found himself a wife
And decided to get on with life
And they sit and play the waiting game
But when the bombs woke up to take this all away
