Birdhouse

I was wondering about what I should do
With my time when everything is done
Maybe I should write a song or talk to you
I looked out the window to see the hills
There was no sun
Then I saw those little birds
It was really cold outside
They need a solid place where they can hide
I'll give them a place to stay in case of rainy days
I believe the sun will rise and shine

I can spend a while to try and make things better
I think I can prove to you, I really care
I try to spend my time on all the things that matter
Even though sometimes it leaves me very scared
